About Us
Have you ever spent more time choosing between options than actually enjoying the result? Whether you're picking a student, deciding what to eat, or selecting a winner, even small decisions can become frustrating. We believe they don't have to be.
That's why we created Spinora, a free online spinning wheel designed to make random selection simple, practical, and enjoyable. Add your options, customize the experience, and let the wheel choose. No account or complicated setup is required.
The Team Behind Spinora
We are the team behind Spinora, an online random wheel tool built to help people make everyday choices without unnecessary complications.
Our focus is simple: provide an easy-to-use tool that combines random selection with practical features. From classrooms and workplaces to games and family activities, we want to make choosing between options convenient and engaging.
We also understand that different situations require different settings. Therefore, we've included customizable controls that let you adapt the wheel to your needs.
Why We Built Spinora
Sometimes, choosing fairly is more important than choosing quickly. For instance, a teacher may want to select students without favoritism, while a group of friends might need an impartial way to decide who goes first.
Traditional approaches, such as drawing names from a hat, can work. However, they aren't always convenient, especially when dealing with longer lists or repeated selections.
We built Spinora to offer a straightforward alternative. Instead of manually managing names or debating choices, you can enter your options, spin the wheel, and see the selected result.
Our goal is to make the entire process easier while adding a little excitement along the way.
What Spinora Offers
Our spin the wheel tool supports several activities, from simple decisions to interactive group experiences.
Add names, numbers, tasks, prizes, or other options to create a wheel for your particular purpose. You can also paste a list, shuffle entries, sort them, or remove unwanted options.
We provide practical settings to help you control how the wheel behaves. For example, you can adjust the spin duration, manage sound, and use full-screen presentation when displaying the wheel to a group.
Our random name picker makes it convenient to select students, participants, or giveaway winners. Additionally, the winner-removal setting allows you to exclude selected entries from later spins when you need different results.
The spin history feature helps you review earlier selections. As a result, it's easier to keep track of outcomes during activities involving multiple rounds.
Beyond our spinning wheel, Spinora also provides a Dice Roller for activities that involve random dice outcomes.
How Random Selection Works
We believe users should understand how their results are selected.
At Spinora, the random selection happens before the wheel animation finishes. The animation then reveals the chosen result, rather than deciding the outcome through its stopping position.
When each eligible entry has the same weight, it has an equal chance of being selected during an individual spin. However, adding the same name more than once increases its overall chances because each duplicate counts as a separate entry.
We also provide a winner-removal option for situations where repeated selections aren't wanted. This makes the tool more flexible for classroom activities, group tasks, and multiple-winner draws.
Our Mission
Our mission is to make random decision-making accessible, transparent, and enjoyable for everyone.
We believe useful online tools should be easy to understand and convenient to use. That's why Spinora focuses on straightforward controls, practical customization, and a simple experience.
Whether you're planning an activity or making a quick personal choice, we want you to spend less time deciding and more time moving forward.
You can start spinning without paying or creating an account. Simply open Spinora in your browser, add your entries, and begin.
From adjusting spin duration to removing previous winners, our settings help you manage different activities without unnecessary complexity.
Under our current design, wheel entries and results remain on your device. We aim to keep the experience convenient without requiring an account to use the spinner.
Spinora works in modern browsers on desktops, tablets, and smartphones. Therefore, you can use the wheel wherever you have a compatible device and internet access.
